A sacred moment to pause, set intention, release, or receive—depending on the moon. Includes:

• Guided journaling prompts
• Ritual steps
• Meditation or movement
• Energy clearing or EFT tapping

🔥 Sacred Circle Gathering – Monthly Live on Zoom

Held the first Wednesday of each month (or similar).
An intentional space to:

• Be witnessed + held in sacred circle
• Move through somatic or grounding practices together
• Speak your truth without needing to explain
• Reconnect to your rhythm and reset your nervous system

💽 Monthly Featured Practices (New Each Month)

Every month unlocks a new theme + tools like:

• A somatic release practice (shaking, breath, embodied movement)
• A new meditation and EFT tapping script
• A guided card pull ritual
• A grounding or receiving practice
• Optional creative/journaling prompts to deepen insight + integration

All practices are added to a growing Rooted Library so she can revisit them anytime.
