who am i?

I'm Pam Godbois (she/her) 

I help parents of 6–16-year-olds, including parents of neurodivergent kids, feel calmer, more confident, and more connected in their parenting journey.

As a mom myself, I know how overwhelming it can feel to carry the mental load, juggle endless to-do lists, and meet constant demands — all while trying to stay present and patient for your kids. Not that long ago, I was stressed, frustrated, and teetering on the edge of burnout. I’ve been there, and I get it.

With a Master’s in Social Work from Boston University and years of experience as a Trauma Therapist, I’ve spent my career working with children, families, and parents like you. Over time, I’ve combined my professional expertise with the lessons I’ve learned in my own life to create tools that truly work. These are simple, practical strategies to reset your nervous system, manage stress, and lighten the mental load so you can show up as the calm, confident parent you want to be.

I’m not here to be your hero — I’m here to be your guide. Together, we’ll turn the chaos of parenting into moments of connection, joy, and ease.

I live in New Hampshire with my husband, teenage daughter, and our yellow lab. When I’m not coaching, you can find me dreaming big, exploring the outdoors, or soaking up the small, meaningful moments of motherhood.
